WHAT DOES THE P-SHOT INVOLVE?The Penile shot procedure involves obtaining some of the patient’s blood and separating the platelet-rich fibrin a component that promotes regeneration and healing. After local anesthesia is administered, the PRP is collected and injected into the penis. Only well-trained certified providers perform this procedure.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY PROCEDURE?After your consultation, You will be asked to avoid taking blood-thinning medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, or any other NSAIDs for a week before and after the procedure, as they inhibit the regenerative process of PRF. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water just before your appointment

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER MY PROCEDURE?You will be instructed to use a vacuum erection device (VED) twice daily. This is help to ensure you achieve desire results. Because PRP comes from your own blood, there is minimal potential side effects. Bruising, minor bleeding, and infection although rare can occur. Because only local anesthesia is used, you are able to drive home after your procedure.

WHEN WILL I NOTICE RESULTS?You will be able to have sex four hours after your Penile shot and should notice some improvement within a week. However, this treatment steadily improves your sexual function over the next 2-3 months, when the final results are achieved.
