Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all clients, we ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made in advance.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-show appointments may result in a charge or forfeiture of the session and future appointments maybe declined.
Late arrivals may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
Refund Policy
Because many of our services involve medical products, custom preparations, and reserved appointment time, refunds are not allowed.

Services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

Missed appointments and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Prepaid services may be eligible for credit toward future appointments at management’s discretion.

PAYMENT policy

Accepted forms of payment are cash, card, care credit, HSA/FSA, Cherry Financing. We do not take insurance for any of our services.

Full payment is due at the time of your service. Deposits are required at the time of booking. Deposits are credited toward services rendered
Membership Policy
Memberships and packages are designed to provide ongoing access to wellness and medical services at a reduced rate.

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.

Members are responsible for managing their subscription and scheduling appointments.

Unused services may expire based on the terms of the specific membership or package.

Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.
Changes to memberships must be requested prior to the next billing cycle.

All services at Tranquility are provided based on individual needs and medical eligibility. Some services may require consultation, lab testing, or medical approval before treatment.
Results may vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

To protect the health and safety of our patients and staff, individuals experiencing symptoms of acute illness including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, or known contagious conditions must notify staff prior to their appointment. It is at management discretion if you are allowed to book. We reserve the right to place you in a private room if available. We reserve the right to postpone services if a patient appears ill at the time of their visit. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment.

With your written consent, photographs and/or videos may be taken before, during, or after treatment for medical documentation, educational purposes, or marketing on our website and social media platforms. Participation is completely voluntary and declining consent will not affect your care. No images will be shared without prior authorization.
