A Tranquility gift card can be used toward any of our services, from a single vitamin injection to a full treatment plan. Buying one takes two short steps.

  1. Buy your gift card

    Choose an amount and pay online. You will receive the gift card by email once step two is complete.

  2. Complete the verification form

    This short form confirms the purchase is genuinely yours. It must be submitted after payment, or the purchase will be cancelled and refunded.

Why the second step

Gift card purchases are a common target for card fraud, and we have seen it firsthand. The verification step protects genuine buyers from having a card used in their name, and it lets us release your gift card with confidence. It takes about a minute.

  • Gift cards can be used toward any service we offer.
  • Our business policies apply to treatments booked with a gift card, including the cancellation notice period.
  • If you have paid but not yet completed the form, submit it as soon as you can rather than buying again.
